gallery: Matt Maeson in Portland, OR
Having been a long time fan of singer Matt Maeson, getting to see him preform at the Roseland Theater last Friday was a dream come true, especially with the anticipation of wondering which songs he’d play live from his recently released album, Never Had to Leave (of which my favorite is “Lonely As You” if you’re inclined to give it a listen). Additionally, Portland had the pleasure of hosting indie-rock band All Get Out as they opened for Matt, their music falling in the same realm of Maeson’s but with a rawer sound, making for a good lead in to the night.
